Anne Thumann, PT, DPT is a Honesdale High School graduate who earned her B.S. in Kinesiology at Penn State University. She completed her Doctoral program in Physical Therapy at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Anne has been practicing Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania since 2009. She also holds active licenses in Rhode Island, Washington D.C., South Carolina, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, Massachusetts, California, Indiana, Illinois, New York and New Jersey, which enable her to provide TeleHealth services.

Over the years, Anne has worked extensively with cancer survivors, with a strong focus on breast cancer and post-mastectomy rehabilitation.
Anne works with adaptive athletes, whether their impairment and subsequent limitations are congenital, due to trauma, or a result of illness. She works to ensure that all athletes experience unconditional acceptance and respect regardless of their physical abilities, with the goal of promoting lifelong fitness and health.
She works with people of all ages, analyzing and correcting movement patterns to reduce pain and improve function and performance. In addition to running her own practice, Anne is contracted through NeuroTour Physical Therapy, Inc. to provide PT services backstage to the cast and crew of Broadway productions as needed.
Anne has been an On-Site Reviewer for CAPTE, the Commission on Accreditation for Physical Therapy Education, where she has been able to contribute to the assurance and progression of the quality of Physical Therapist education within the doctoral programs throughout the Nation.
