Telehealth PT Evaluation / Treatment – 60 minutes

Telehealth Physical Therapy Evaluation is a 60-minute virtual medical interview and movement-based assessment leading to personalized treatment recommendations.

** To participate in a Telehealth PT plan of care with Thumann Physical Therapy, you must have a residence in the state of Pennsylvania or New York.

** Thumann Physical Therapy reserves the right to refer you to an in-clinic PT plan of care or to your physician if Telehealth is not the appropriate course of treatment for your complaint. If this is the case, Thumann Physical Therapy will refund you 100% and will assist you in obtaining a more suitable appointment with the appropriate provider.
